Hi, I’m Pavle Cvetinović. A former professional basketball player turned coach, mentor, and lifelong student of the game. From European courts to Southeast Asia, basketball has been my passport, and my mission has always been the same: helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.

Basketball Has Always Been More Than Just a Game
I started playing basketball in my hometown Bor, Serbia. My professional journey took me across Slovenia, North Macedonia, Armenia, Brunei, Chine and Spain. Today, I live and work in Bangkok as a coach and Director of Basketball Operations at Top Flight Bangkok.
I work with young players from around the world, helping them build not just their skills — but also their mindset, discipline, and love for the game.
My Approach to Coaching
I don’t just train players. I help them build a winning mentality.
Basketball is not just about points and stats — it’s about mindset, discipline, and how you show up every single day. My coaching is built on a foundation of fundamentals, hard work, and trust. I push players to be better — not just technically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
1. Fundamentals & Footwork
The small things make the big difference. I focus on details — from proper stance to shooting form. Without strong fundamentals, there’s no solid foundation to grow from.
2. Physical Conditioning
The body must match the mind. I design workouts that build strength, speed, and endurance — so players can perform at their best, game after game.
3. Mental Toughness
Confidence is trained, just like your shot. I help players develop focus, resilience, and belief in themselves — so they can stay locked in no matter what the scoreboard says.
4. Team Spirit
No one wins alone. I teach players to trust their teammates, communicate, and understand their role — because great teams are built on unity, not just talent.

Working as a coach and Director of Basketball Operations at Top Flight Bangkok, I’ve had the privilege of developing players from all over the world — on and off the court. One of the most impactful parts of this journey has been working alongside Ike Nwankwo, former NBA player and founder of Top Flight. Together, we lead with the same mission: to create high-level, accessible basketball programs rooted in discipline, skill, and global connection. Whether in Bangkok, Brunei, or back home in Serbia, I bring this shared vision to every gym I step into.
